Who is the Ideal Resident for Living La Vida Golden?
The perfect Living La Vida Golden resident is an independent senior (55+) or veteran seeking community, family, and friendship. They may be widowed, divorced, or downsizing from homeownership, and they value a supportive, enriching environment. The ideal resident wants affordable housing, companionship, and stability, but does not require assisted living support.
Is Living La Vida Golden an Assisted Living Facility or a Nursing Home?
NO! Living La Vida Golden is neither an ALF or NH.
Living La Vida Golden is a non-medical, independent shared-housing program.
Residents live independently in a shared home with private or semi-private bedrooms and access to light, non-medical supports. We do not provide medical care, personal care, or assisted living services with our program; however, we guide and support residents in coordinating these services with our partners.
How Much Does it Cost, and What’s Included?
Monthly rates range from $850 to $1,500, depending on room/housing type. Rates typically include a private or semi-private bedroom, utilities, internet, maintenance, weekly light housekeeping, and shared common spaces—making it a more affordable option than assisted living for those that do not require that level of support.

Is it Safe?
YES! Safety is a priority. Homes are well-maintained, located in stable neighborhoods, and supported by clear emergency protocols and referral partnerships. The shared environment also provides added peace of mind through daily presence and connection.
What if a Resident's Needs Change Over Time?
